I ordered 3 crunchy corn tortilla ground beef tacos through Door Dash. I couldn’t even eat what was delivered. All 3 of the soft corn tortillas tore as I tried to pick up them up. The fillings were scant and cold. What a joke.

Terrible location. Hours posted online by Qdoba and website list 9:30pm. Placed order yesterday for pickup between 8:56pm – 9:06pm. I get to the location at 9:02pm and lights off, chairs up and a lady and an employee were talking, walking around and didn’t make eye contact. After 6 minutes, she comes to the door with the only pickup order (mine) and asks if I’m picking up. I show her the time showing pickup, hours from corporate/online and she said it’s 9pm…..so change it?

i’m not one to leave reviews on places. i’ve had camp bowie qdoba a couple times before at work and it’s been fine for the most part. they’re never opened. went there last night, on saturday night when they say they close at 9:30. got there at 9 and the door is locked and everything is already put away. worker was leaning on the counter on her phone and looked up at me mad and glared at me as if i did something wrong. just thought whatever since it was semi close to closing.

The worst take out experience I’ve experienced in my 40 years. Rude ordered who hung up on me. Didn’t unlock doors at 11:30am when they open at 11am. Rancid chips, burnt chicken, incompetent staff, under supplied (no shrimp for sat lunch) and couldn’t follow orders. Embarrassing for a once great franchise.

Numerous times I’ll pull up to the location on Camp bowie and it’s closed.…don’t waste your time like I did coming to this location, just spend the extra gas and go to the one off Bailey Boswell. I’ve always had great customer service at the Bailey location, they’re guaranteed to be open, and actually want to work. Also since I’m already writing this review…the female manager at the Camp Bowie location always throws attitude when you skip an ingredient while ordering.. she makes the whole experience uncomfortable and unpleasant… it’s actually really pathetic.. and I don’t understand the thought process behind it.. but here I am writing about it because it’s happed like 4 times now.. in short just avoid the Camp Bowie location all together.

Ate here before and the food was good pretty good but I arrived here today at 11:10am on a Sunday the store opens at 11am I saw a worker walk to the back as I attempted to open the door that was still locked. I called the store twice and let it ring for as long as possible no answer. There is absolutely no reason this store should be locked 10 minutes past the time they are open I even stood outside for 5 minutes to see if an empolyee would open the door but nope. Terribly inconsiderate and unprofessional business never coming here again.
