We’ve been brewing up delicious coffee, espresso blenders, smoothies and pastries since 1998. Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. The lady at the drive through was so rude. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or what, but she kept rushing us through our order and then handed me my drink without saying a word and slammed the window shut. I hope she has a better day. I’ve been to lots of scooters around town because I love them and have never been treated so poorly as I was today.

got a redbull infusion, cinnamon roll, and a medium blended carmelicious, when i was first handled the drink it was not this separated but i could tell there was about an inch of just liquid at the bottom . i didn’t try the drink until i was already gone from the scooters and when i got to my friends house 5 minutes down the road it looked like this. i work at another scooters location and know this is not scooters standards. not sure if something was expired or if they just put the espresso shot at the bottom of the cup and didn’t blend it in but it’s curdled and not drinkable. i’ve tried calling twice with no response. also just realized i used a free drink on the app to pay for my order and it is pretty much wasted

I ordered two basic drinks, a smoothie and an iced patriot, both of which are disgusting. The young kid in the window was extremely rude and unpleasant . She didn’t ask if I wanted an extra shot or whip on my smoothie. She rushed me at the ordering box, despite saying “order when you’re ready” I called to speak to a manager in which she answered the phone rudely, refused to give her name, and stated that a manager would not be in at all today and to call back tomorrow, after which she hung up the phone in my face. I want a refund for these disgusting drinks and I’m emailing corporate as well.

Very good service I have been here a couple times now. Nice patio to sit at and indoor seating too. I like the features of this location. The staff took really great care of me today! Cory I believe is her name noticed I hadn’t been helped and made sure to make sure that my experience was still good. I was having a meeting that I was late to on the patio and had to dart out quick. Corey had come up to me and took time to find out what I like and gave me advice on what would be good for what I was looking for.
