Employee at the Florence Mall location is EXTREMELY rude. My daughter warned me before I walked up but I wanted a drink. I stood there watching a lady smoke her cig out the back door and after several minutes of standing there without acknowledgement I said “Hello?” she turned around w her cig in hand and glared at me and blew the smoke all over the restaurant. I stood and looked at her in disbelief for just a moment and she continued to glare at me, making eye contact the entire time she finished her cig. As another woman walked up she proceded to come through the door with her. I started to walk off but came back to get a pic of her and she said “if youre not ordering then why are you here?” I will be calling corporate tomorrow. I also won’t be back go this location. I see by the other comments and reviews that this is pretty typical for this location. It’s sad.

Love the food and milkshakes but I don’t agree with paying about $5 for a milkshake that really wasn’t as good as they advertise I got the banana Nilla wafers and it honestly taste it like a regular vanilla milkshake

The staff was friendly and worked quickly. The only issue i had was that i ordered the new Hot Mett Cheese Conies, and ended up having to add hot sauce when i got home with them because it just wasn’t quite spicy enough. (Very delicious, but i was expecting heat)

The atmosphere was great, this location had a very fresh and contemporary feel to it in comparison with the older locations. The service however was lackluster at best. It took about five minutes just to be greeted by our server (who admittedly looked overwhelmed), and the food took a good while to get out to the table. It may be that the staff is just new and still getting into the swing out things, but as it stands this location’s speed of service is drastically slower than its neighboring locations.
