I visited jun/4th they charge me 2 time’s same meal. 1st time they charged and they claimed i didnt processed beacause the receipt didnt print out. So they recharged it. Then the receipt printed on 2nd try. However the next day i checked my account and WAS charged 2 times. I went jun/6 to make claim about this doucle charge. The manager (Teresa) said she would return the call back and has failed. I have attempted to call and noone answers or they pick up, and hang up the phone…. just be extra carefull people with this place……

We were the only customers and they still got the order wrong. Restrooms are shared between 4 restaurants and all of them choose not to clean them. Pretty bad spot for a restroom pit stop.

Only downside is that they don’t use the Charlie’s rewards app to all purchases are just purchases no rewards. Plenty of sitting areas available since there are additional businesses on site.

Based on the low-rate reviews, I beg to differ given the set of conditions (i.e., the location and shared space with other businesses). With that said, I could understand why an overall rating above four stars is not warranted. Is the truckstop-like atmosphere welcoming, spotless, and ideal? Nope. Is this the best steak sandwich in the world? No way, not when Donkey’s Place in New Jersey exists. But then again, it does not have to be, especially via a fast food chain. My humble steak sandwich and hot, thick-cut fries were Godsend after a mind-numbing day of driving. Charley’s, conveniently located off a major highway, was a satisfying meal, and I, for one, will not complain.

Maybe it was an off day but staff was slow and not very friendly. Orders were mixed up between customers. Once we received our order we left only to get sick an hour into our trip with an additional 3 hours to go. Have always stopped here but never ordered from Charley’s always the other business. Never had problems with the others. Will avoid Charley’s on next I5 trip.

Ordered my food, once it was ready a young Lady in a green Jamba Juice shirt called my number and walked away from the counter. As I was walking to the counter another Customer picked up the food that was on the counter and went back to his table. He opened the food begin to inspect it and realized it was not his order and brought it back to the counter. He said sorry I think this may have been your order, I told him no worries I will just ask them to remake it. The young lady in the Jamba Juice shirt should “No need to remake it he didn’t eat any of it!” I replied this food has been in another customers hands and opened I want my order remade. I looked at the other customer and said no offense intended, he graciously replied “None Taken!” However the young lady got an attitude and told me she didn’t understand why I was being so picky and I would have to wait until they finished ALL the other customers orders first then they would make mine. I told her I didn’t like her attitude or appreciate her tone and she could just refunded me my money!

I had a Philly Cheese Steak and also fries with shredded beef as well as chicken with Parmesan Garlic sauce and Sweet Teriyaki sauce, none of it was good. Chicken tasted okay, it sauces weren’t great. The steak meat did not taste like good quality at old, maybe even a little old.
