The manager trinity tonight couldn’t handle her job. She hates it so much she had to treat 2 13 year old girls with attitude, when they are just learning about life. Then when she put our bag on the counter I asked if it was ours and she with a slight attitude said yes. As I was leaving I herd her talking smack. So I came back and asked her name and for the manager,,, she is the manager and her excuse was that they are short staffed and when asked if it was an employee shortage she answered with no, the other manager does not know how to schedule. No where in the world is it ok to treat the consumer that way or give excuses and point the finger just because you hate your job AND CANT HANDLE IT IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. And obviously she felt some type of way about my daughter and her friend coming in because this is what the meal looks like. I will be contacting corporate and I will expect training for her or her fired. We are on the north side way better options for Mexican food but tonight I made a mistake and thought why not. Now I see why not. Never again.

This place needs shut down bad. Customer service is garbage and the tiny dab of meat they put on a taco for $8 was the biggest joke ever. Do not come here!!! Not to mention my shells were broken .

I’m not one to ever make bad reviews but here’s one for taco bell because the service was awful. I’ll start at the beginning which is the speaker which we had no problem at, the person on headset was amazing and incredibly nice. However when we got to the window that a different story. We didn’t have our order told back to us which is fine other than when we noticed that asking for one cinnamon twist meant asking for 6 apparently. When we got handed our food we looked at our receipt and noticed that six had been rung up. We wouldn’t have asked for a refund but since we were already waiting for coffee and they said it would be a while, we thought we would try to get the refund. After getting the refund in change the problem seemed to be solved however that’s when the manager opened the window and yelled out that “next time you want a refund, you have to give us the food first” then slammed the window in our face. She was so rude, they didn’t even ask us for our food why is it our fault when they didn’t even ask. We would have happily handed it over. Anyways moral of the story the manager should work on how to approach people without instigating that they did something wrong without even listening to their side of the story.

Anybody think Taco Bell’s food and dog food is getting similar? Apparently there’s one that thinks so. To share this restaurant with a growling dog should be an embarrassment. I’m embarrassed for them. We’ll see if the health department feels embarrassed for them on Monday.

Wow Scott A is the name on the receipt I came in the drive-through and he had no personality. When I got up to the window he didn’t say a word to me. I was being nice I said thank you a whole bunch of times I asked if i could have mild sauce and he rolled his eyes I said, thank you after he gave it some to us and still didn’t get a word. I am so sorry for coming to this location. If I hear his voice at the drive-through again, I’m going to go somewhere else. Sorry for making you take my order.

Management here blows. They consistently have new employees, can’t keep anyone, always hiring. They’re constantly having employees leaving with only one staff member staying behind. New staff make mistakes and so they understandibly get orders wrong often. Feel bad for the guys that are working when we come to grab our mobile orders. Whoever is working there now, deserves a raise for putting up with that.

Went to get a door dash order and saw the employees pointing at the cars outside and then decided to hide a older man was sitting in drive waiting for over 15 minutes and no one was taking his order and then a line formed almost wrapped around the building and if it was older guys fault they could have said something to the customers behind him but nope they decided to just hide and cost the store money and the people that had food delivery way to go taco hellthis was at 11:20pm 5/6/2023

Ordered online, did took 30 minutes to get in our hands. It sat at the front counter for 10 minutes, my wife had to go ask when our food would be available. I watched customers sit at the order counter for 15 minutes before staff approached, and they were told to use the kiosk to order next time. Food tasted old.

First you forget the sour cream on two tacos then you give me meat portions like this no this is not acceptable at all then I tried to call to speak to someone but y’all don’t want to answer because y’all know y’all did terrible on my order I’m done I tried to give Taco Bell a chance but they messed it up.
