Very nice and clean restaurant. Franchise owner took our order and was very nice. However servers forgot my peach shake and acted perturbed that I asked for the shake later. Then the girl just put on the counter and walked off, didn’t even walk it to our table, and there was no one else in the store. Seasoned fries are great, but the soda machine tasted off as well as the peach shake. Ordered the breakfast sandwich, chicken strips and an It’s A Burger. Not really what I remember from back in the day when eating Burger Time burgers also.

Food was great. Actually surprised me cause last few times have been trash. This time tho green Chile burger was juicy and greasy… it was perfection. Fries honestly was not good but rest surpassed. Was expensive and the kid up front wasn’t friendly but wasn’t unfriendly either. Seemed he just didn’t care for anyone or to be there lol. The burger meal was freaking 15bucks to kinda pricy for fast food my opinion.

Learn to take orders and not slam the window on customers. We ordered a drink and when trying to ask for it the window was slammed in our face and she wouldn’t reopen it. No “do you need ketchup?” Or anything.

Our Burger was raw , wet and very sloppy put together.we were there visiting Roswell for the first time. And saw that YouTubers said it was great.coming from Texas I expected a lot more from NM food but was highly dissatisfied. The staff was great and the place did look cool but the food not so much. Pass on this place.

My kids and I arrived on a Friday evening to an empty restaurant. The dining area was exceedingly clean and everything was well stocked. The manager was super friendly and brought out our order with a smile. My kids ordered cheeseburgers and I got the NM Lotaburger with bacon + jalapenos. I unwrapped the burger and took the picture. So rare do you find fast food preparations look exactly like the pictures. The patty tasted fresh, was seasoned, and the veggies were crisp. Everything was delicious and the kids was very happy with their choices (for once).

The food is delicious . The younger kid’s need more training with customer service . They are rude and they are not helpful. They always forget the cheese on the chilli CHEESE FRIES. My family and I enjoy this burger place better than any in Roswell, but please please work on the customer service areas!

I do not typically review fast food chains. I dislike even being asked typically. This chain though is phenomenal. The New Mexico Style Lotta Burger combo is literally a dish I wish was more widely available. It is spicy and very NM localesque. The Restaurant I visited was clean. Staff was knowledgeable. The overall experience was pleasing and very comfortable. The food is filling and the Blake’s Sauce suggestion was top notch, both for nuggets as well as on the seasoned fries. Seriously, I’d buy that sauce for a mayo substitute for sandwiches. I must caution though. ⚠️ proceed knowing it’s a spicy place NM and I was doing as one does in NM and doing what the NM’s do… lol
