Ordered on the Papa John’s app for delivery to a hotel. Received a call from Door Dash that they had a delivery from Papa John’s for me at the front desk. Went to the front desk and received the pizzas but no drinks. Asked about the drinks the door dash driver didn’t have them. Called papa John’s where I ordered from and explained the issue. They stated they could give me a credit, I asked for a refund since I don’t live here but they said only a credit. Well there’s $5 wasted. Not happy.

I’m giving the rating because of my last order. I ordered on the app 75 minutes before a requested delivery time. This was on a Thursday (non-holiday night). I requested a 6:45 delivery time. When it was almost 7pm and the pizzas were not delivered, I called and they said that they were just leaving the store. I asked why they were so late and all the manager said was they were made ‘on time’ and kept hot under heat lamps. She went on to say that because they were gluten free they’d be ‘fine’. When I tried to express my displeasure at them being 25-30 minutes late (if my food was just leaving) and that gluten free or not, they’d be cold, she had the nerve to say, “Well, we can make fresh ones for you if you want to come and pick them up.” Seriously?! If I had wanted to pick them.up, I wouldnt have paid the delivery fee and a driver tip (in advance). Very, very poor customer service….and if you are wondering if the pizzas were cold when they arrived 25 minutes after their scheduled delivery. Yes, the were.

Great customer service from Jewel! I received our pizza and it had no pepperoni on it. I called, slightly irritated, just to find out that I ordered it incorrectly. My boy was really bummed that it had no pepperoni and Jewel saved the day by sending out another one. We will absolutely be ordering from here every time, goodbye Dominos!
