If I could give 10 stars today I would. Upon driving up, we were greeted very politely by the person taking our order and our money, and they even struck a conversation with us that was overall pleasant. The food was delivered quickly to us, and the person giving us a food also was very polite making the overall experience very fast and decent compared to any other fast food restaurant I have been to so far. The food was miles away. From what I expected. The ingredients tasted fresh, even the lettuce on the burger seem like it was fresh stripped from a lettuce head, tomatoes seemed freshly cut, and the burger was absolutely delicious. Delicious. I love the broiled flavor of the burger they had, and the fries were on point and crispy but not too hard or soggy. On top of that, the size drink that we got with our meal was far more. What you would consider a large drink to be compared to other places like McDonald’s, Taco, Bell, Wendy’s, or any other restaurant like that. It makes me wish there were more Burger Kings in my general area. McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, sonic… You guys should take notes, because the king rules here haha!

I had a TMobile Tuesday offer for a free whopper so I decided to try a impossible being it was free. The burger was good. There was a flashing light near the entrance giving a strobe effect. That was bothersome. I was confused why the manager had hair past the middle of her back and hanging down as she worked with the fryers and food. Every employee had a cell phone in their pocket pulling them out and not washing hands between use of cell phone and food. Oh, and when are 6 inch finger nails okay when handling food? It was gross. Everyone else had their hair up or in a hat except this one manager looking female with 6 inch fingernails. Just gross in my opinion.

Went to get the kids the whole spider-verse experience. When we got home we did not have the red buns. When I called to speak to the manager they said it was discontinue yesterday and there is nothing she can do, also had an unpleasant attitude. They did not apologize when they forgot several items from my order and I had to wait nor she apologize for not informing us about the issue with the buns. Overall horrible experience and their management need better training on how to handle customer with bad experiences. Do better Burger King!!!

This location big bend riverview next to Walmart we have a great experience. Paying at the front window by the younger kid, very nice. Then we pulled up the second window which we dealt with a young gentleman Matt, he was so polite and very well mannered. We appreciate when we are able to encounter awesome customer service because you do not see that much now a days. Food was also very fresh.

Horrible service everytime, most recent i sat at the drive thru window while 2 other cars had there orders taken. I decided to just pull up to the window to place my order. After i got to the window they refused to take my order said they were having issues with the mic, and that it was an honest mistake but we’re to busy to take my order. If you make a mistake don’t apologize just make it right and take my order. The amount of time we wasted arguing and going back and fourth they could’ve spent just taking my order in the first place.

Just want to give everyone a heads up be sure to count ur change when you go to this location I went here to to grab a couple kids meals and they tried to keep my change not once but twice I told him how much he shorted me and he still tried to keep half of that amount and they all seem to be in on it I guess Burger King doesn’t pay enough. Drive thru service horrible. How do you have items on the menu but not available to purchase? If that is the case you should apologize for the inconvenience to the customer. The young lady placing the order had a short temper didn’t give us a a moment to try to figure out what we want. Nope not here rude, unprofessional,and had to wait for our order. We were the only car in in drive thru.

Since when does a ‘manager’ know how to do a refund on a register. The girls that works drive thru are highly unpleasant and unprofessional including the manager, they messed up on my order and just wanted a refund and the ‘manager’ Tyisha or some other esha said they don’t do refunds. Really? Go back to Walmart.

While I was ordering a lady in the back kept looking at me with a dirty look and I asked the girl that was taking my order what her name was, she said it was bell and I would just like to say that she should not be giving customers dirty looks and I will no longer be going there. I hope some resolve this issue or can talk to her about it.
