Bad Pizza Hut ever I order some boneless wing and they not cooked at all. Pizza non cooked correctly. I call no answer and when that answer they say that is not the lactation that they can not help me.

I ordered a med, orig. pan pizza yesterday. I only like 4 ingredients and extra cheese. it was beautiful. I picked it up, I find it’s just better to do that than delivery. Although I did have a less than happy experience ONCE where the wings had obviously been old ones and new sauce was put on them then microwaved, that does not determine ALL my experiences. Yesterday my pizza was phenomenal. yum.

Delivery missing drinks. Called, waited another 1/2 hour. Called again… nothing was sent out. Pizza cold. Manager wouldn’t talk on phone. It’s been an hour and 1/2, still waiting on drinks.

I order a large stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese on 6/3 and never received an edible pizza. The pizza was delivered with 4 of the slices burnt, whole pizza was hard and cold. Called the store they offered to remake the pizza and told me it would be redelivered in 30 minutes. After a hour went by called the store they said they had remade it and was waiting on DoorDash to deliver. Waited an hour called back again was hung up on I called back was placed on hold for over 20 minutes then hung up on. Called the store again requesting for the status of my order I was told they sent it out long time ago and DoorDash stole my order and he guesses they can make it over again. I explained I didn’t order the pizza through DoorDash I ordered from Pizza Hut using the mobile app and I can’t feed my family dinner on a guess. I requested a refund at this time because I had waited over 3 hours for a pizza I had already paid for and was lied to about. Will never be ordering pizza from this place ever again.

Order took 48min longer than originally expected almost 2hrs in total to wait for the delivery. Then one of the dinner box was completely missing. It was my son’s 15th birthday and I was so frustrated. I called the restaurant and got no answer became overwhelmed. My sister’s husband told me to just let it be a lost and went out and bought papajhons. I was crying and so upset we called it a lost as it seemed impossible to get some one on phone and there was already the long wait then a whole box missing. Horrible I paid $62 dollars for One big box with 3 pepperoni pizzas ridiculous. And my panic attack prevented me to keep trying to call and pursue it further.

My order never arrived and I could not get ahold of a live person to resolve until the next day. The number is a call center. The store refused to refund me and offered a credit instead. Wish I read these reviews before placing the order. Will not order again from this location.

I ordered online and received an order confirmation that my food would arrive within 25-35 minutes. After an hour, I called and was hung up on. I called again and while on hold for an extended period, I received a text stating that the delivery was transfered to Door dash and would take another 30 minutes. Another hr goes by and I get a notification that my food was delivered. It never arrived. I call the office to get hung up on twice more and then was left on hold for 30+ minutes. I basically just got robbed. Terrible experience
