I went to the drive thru Dunkin’ Donuts with my daughter to get for my whole family thinking it was going to be easy. Little did I know it was a horrible mistake. I ordered 6 bacon egg cheese wraps and got 4 cheese and egg wraps. I got mini pancakes and hash browns and they were really bad. The only thing that is good was the munchkins and two iced lattes.

I’m a loyal Dunkin customer. Most because of the products. But will have to say that the service given by the staff at this particular Dunkin was far above what I normally experience. Great attitude by the gentleman who helped me. You felt as if you were not just one of the many customers that walk into their doors everyday but the special customer that walked into their store that day.
