Love Pat’s I have lived in Buffalo all my life and have tried many many different pizza places and this is one of my favorites and the one I have stuck with the most. I’m not sure of the ladies name that usually takes my phone order but she always makes sure if there’s a deal going on to let me know to save me some money which is awesome. Food is great and reasonably priced especially for how good it is I’d definitely recommend ordering from here.

I have never had the pleasure of eating here. But I am a GrubHub delivery driver who picked up an order from here on the afternoon/evening of July 13, 2023. I didn’t manage to catch the name of the lady working the counter at that time, but she could not have been more delightful. A smile on her face and a kind word for everybody. Ordered a pizza around 10:50 pizza shows up driver honestly tells me that the staff forgot the blue cheese and went out of his way and drove back to the store to grab it for me and brings it all the way back with amazing service this place is always good but this just made it 100 times better didn’t get his name but that gentleman deserves a raise!!

It’s a hit or miss with this location. ALWAYS check your food before you leave and upon delivery, ESPECIALLY when you have paid for the extras. Otherwise you’ll end up with a incomplete order or the food wasn’t prepared as you requested.

I’ve had multiple issue with them. The first time I waited over and 1.5 hours for a pizza that they said would be delivered in a half hour. When I called they said that they didn’t send it out with the driver. So I got a got a cold pizza. Today we ordered around 5:30, so bit before 6 I go to pick it up. The person who took my order didn’t put it in. The older lady called me a liar and when I requested to speak to the owner the owner said it wasn’t their problem and wouldn’t speak to me. So I had to wait another half hour for my pizza and when I I expressed my frustration they didn’t care. Don’t go to them. Their super rude and they don’t care about their customers!!

My steak sub was made as ordered. Was ready within 30 min. The girl behind the counter was pleasant. The sub wasn’t sloppy and the bun wasn’t soggy. All around good experience. Hope they continue to take the time to make a proper sub like the one I received tonight because it is awful to pay money for a soggy mess of a sub.
