I had by THE WORST experience ever at this location today. My food was undercooked and after calling the store to have the situation rectified, I was called a liar by the store manager. I will NEVER order from this location again. As a frequent visitor of Papa Johns, I’m highly disappointed in the quality of food and service that I received. With the way I was treated by the store manager, I can see why the quality of my food was the way it was. Shame.

The Truth
Wouldn’t deliver a pizza to LBS, who had missed lunch and his little stomach was growling. Simple instructions – put pizza under hedges. Also completely ignored request to pick up FairLife milk on the way and pour a large bowl for LBS. I explained that I was willing to pay extra but to no avail.

I called in an order for a pizza. My call must have been sent to a call center for Papa John’s somewhere because I know this couldn’t have been in Gadsden. The person I spoke with offered me a deal for two items for 16.99 after going through all the trouble of making this order she tells me that one of them is no longer available so after a lengthy conversation, I had to change my order. She tells me that It will be up to 45 minutes and then hangs up the phone very fast. I live less than 10 minutes away!

Jackson went above and beyond today, he dodged a comet ☄️ going straight towards him , backed up , flew over the pond in the yard , punched two guys who tried to take my pizzas and lost his leg in the process while fighting a bear, but he definitely went ABOVE and BEYOND! Give the man a raise!!!

What has happened to this place!! The service is horrible. I walked in to pick up our order because the app said it was ready. I stood at the counter and was ignored for close to 5 minutes!!! No eye contact..no i will be with you in a moment…just ignored!! After i finally say excuse me several times and ask for my order i am told it isnt ready. Had to wait additional 20 minutes for the order to be complete. We have ordered from here for years but may need to explore other options. If you are unhappy working here and have to be that rude to customers perhaps you should explore other options too.

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with extra sauce. I swear they dumped a bottle. Every time I go to pick up a slice all the cheese and toppings slide right off so that it needs to be eaten with a fork. Well I’m in a hotel that doesn’t have forks. I called and talked to the manager Michael and he proceeded to tell that’s the way its supposed to be made. Now, I’ve been ordering my BBQ pizza this way for years and NEVER had that happen. He said to me, “do you make pizzas for a living”. Dude was so rude. I asked for his name and he said Michael, but when I asked for his last name he wouldn’t give it to me. Well, I know his last name now. Michael Holman does not possess the customer skills to be “general manager” . Any time in my life that I’ve had a problem with my pizza at other locations (which is rare for Papa John’s) a credit is offered or a new pizza is brought out. Not this time, though. Michael proceeds to tell me that if it is made to order then he can’t do anything about it and suggested I order it will done… Guess what I HAD. I’m left here with a pizza that has to be eaten “King Henry” style…. And no napkins.
