Our contactless delivery Lady was kind, polite and had a wonderful smile. Our buy one, get one was hot and fresh and a great deal for the money. Also, I ordered at 4 pm on a Wednesday and our order was ready before the 20 minute countdown finished. Hot and fast is a great thing!

Every year we have luncheon for our favorite truck repair shop staff for Christmas. So this year I decided on Pizza Hut. Last week, I purchased 4 large specialty pizzas, the brownie and chocolate chip cookies. Needless to say, the staff was very pleased. I was very pleased with the service at Pizza Hut, too. Yesterday, I decided to order a pizza to go and not only was the staff awesome, the pizza was delicious. We have decided that from now on, that Pizza Hut is our go to.

My family had a great experience eating at this Pizza Hut. William was our waiter and did a great job. Very friendly and was really patient with our large group that also included a 2 and 3 year old. William kept our beverages full and made sure the buffet included our favorites. We’re vacationing in the area and it was great to find a Pizza Hut that had a dining area.

Dined in for the lunch buffet and after waiting 30 minutes due to no pizza being on the buffet was forced to order a to-go pizza due to time constraints. The server was nice and friendly, but this location was very understaffed. They only have lunch buffet at certain times and should have pizza ready to be served. Definitely not a place to go for a quick meal, a waste of time.

Best Pizza Hut in the whole damn South and I’m a Pizza Hut junky. I’ve put a lot of money into this store. This is a good classic restaurant with the good classic taste that you would expect from Pizza Hut with the same awesome employees and to top it off, it’s a great staple for downtown Crossville.

If you’re looking for a job let me just warn you now: we drove an hour from Cookeville (looking to relocate to the area) for my husband to have an interview there. This interview was scheduled. This place advertises they “NEED HELP” .. Jeff told an employee to tell my husband “sorry, I ain’t got time for an interview today” after we had to make special arrangements with both of our jobs and child care for him to go to an interview here.
