It was a very nice atmosphere. I had to take a seat for myself since no one acknowledged me as I entered. The food and coffee were okay not great but definitely good. My waitress did not do a great job of waiting on me only coming around twice that is why I am only giving them 4 stars. I think they can do better. There were only 2 waitresses and they seemed to have been working there for a while since they were very comfortable on not coming around as they should.

Our waitress Princess was five stars and basically ran the place. We came right during a shift change and the next cook was running late. She convinced the prior cook who was already out at his car to come back and cook for us. They nailed our order and we were thrilled to be back in the south eating at a classic waffle house!

I have been to many Waffle Houses in Gwinnett, Forsyth, and Fulton counties. This is by far the best location I have ever been to. Very clean, very friendly, food cooked to perfection nothing over done or not cooked. Also, they answer the phone unlike many locations these days.

This place is usually pretty good and I have been here before. Haven’t been here in a while since before pandemic I’m sure and decided to stop in. 1st off staff was super friendly and took care of me right away. Only a few ppl inside so not too busy. I saw about 3 to 4 staff which was good and place appeared to be pretty clean. I ordered a waffle and bacon well done crispy. Well as you may can see from the pictures below. My bacon wasn’t crisp only the edges o it was tough and chewy which i do not like at all and as for my waffle i tried to finish it but it was way too thick and in some parts taste like it wasn’t fully cooked (doughy). All in all it could be better, and hopefully It was just an off day/time to pull up.

The service was ok, the waiters took forever to bring my check and I was in a rush to go then I left my brand new rain jacket at the seat, I come back to take my jacket was told the manager try to put in the trash and one of the employee took it and gave it to her child this’s absolutely unacceptable at least they should wait for the customer for one week what amazing story!

My sister went to this location to grab us a bite to eat. Unfortunately the person that’s cooking….CAN’T COOK!!! Everyone’s plate had over cooked food on it. My grandsons waffle was tough, had to cut it with a steak knife, they burned everyones hashbrowns and my sister’s philly Texas cheesesteak wasn’t fit for a dog. Definitely won’t be eating at this location again!!!
