We had a very unacceptable experience at this location today. They were out of white rice, had no ice for our drinks, and were not acknowledged for five minutes waiting for service while the manager was busy sweeping and cleaning never offering to help us while his staff was trying to fulfill other orders.

Have been eating here for the last 3 years. In the last 6 months this location has fallen apart. Everytime i go theyre out of a certain item which is frustrating but i can get past it. Until tonight. Stopped by on a Sunday at 230 pm. They were out of all proteins with dry pieces left, no black beans, empty topping containers being scraped to make orders. Asked for steak it had just come out the employee barely scooped some. I asked for some more he said I’d be extra. Proceeded to order just to find out they were out of corn…walked out.

So do not order online. We ordered two burritos off of doordash and picked them up. They were really small. About half the size they usually are. Always go in person because the fact that we paid 20 dollars for these is ridiculous.

I felt very rushed by the employees preparing the food when trying to decide what to order. Their card machine wasn’t working properly and felt as if the employee checking me out became impatient when all I was trying to do was pay. When I arrived home, the chips were stale and the rice was hard.

We love this chipotle! They have a day every year where nurses can eat free with the purchase of another meal. The calorie count on their bowls is pretty low. I’ve loved everything I’ve gotten here except I am not a big fan of their queso they have now. It is clean though and wasnt too busy when we went in this last time.

Stingiest Chipotle I have ever been to. I keep giving this location a chance thinking they will serve regular portions like most Chipotles, but they never do. Time and time again they scoop half scoops of rice, beans, and their meats. Also, Do Not order online here. Many times they don’t even put all of the things in you order because you don’t check what’s in your bowl until you get home. They are also way more stingy with their ingredients when you order online. Train your workers better please.

This is the worst chipotle. Literally always out of stuff. Not enough staff. The staff they do have is typically inattentive and borderline rude. I order online and it has never been ready when I arrive later than the quoted time to the point I have consistently waited 20-30 minutes because they prioritize the line. What’s the point in ordering ahead if I end up waiting longer than if I had just ordered when I got there. They desperately need new management.

My husband got almost 2 identical orders to go- Mine had about half the amount of rice, lettuce, and guacamole (which is $2.85) than his had. His looked like a normal bowl (apart from having a giant piece of avocado in it). I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed that I’m literally waiting for a different chipotle to deliver the same meal to my house since they use normal portions. What a waste of money. I tried calling the store, but no one answered and the line just kept ringing.
