On a Saturday at around 7, my group of 3 added ourselves to the yelp wait-list and only had to wait 5 minutes before we got called in to be seated. It didn’t look too busy, and we asked to be seated at a table instead of bar seating.

The broth and the Raman here is good. The portion is not a lot but enough if you are not too hungry. I would have given 4 stars if only I wasn’t being lied by the server.

Last time I had the standard ramen it was good but not outstanding (can’t beat ramen nagi and more expensive). This time I tried the seasonal sukiyaki ramen, flavor is interesting and pretty good, fries also good

We came into the restaurant thinking it won’t be as good as Ippudo in Japan. Surprisingly, it was delicious!

Ippudo, a world famous ramen chain is something one must try if they are fans of ramen. However, this review serves only for this particular location.

Located in Cupertino Main Street. This is a benchmark Authentic Japanese ramen restaurant. Worldwide locations, sharing this wonderful broth, and delicious noodles.

I love ippudo in Japan however I had a very different experience here in Cupertino. The gyoza were almost cold and I was disappointed by the taste. Then I was shocked by the ramen bowl size. They are quite small and more like kid’s size than adult size. I could easily finish it. We had takoyaki as well and I left feeling hungry. Ramen is one of the cheapest options in Japan and paying $95 for lunch (4 persons, before tip) seems unacceptable.

It’s probably my 2nd time here since a couple years ago and I wanted to report a noticeable improvement in the menu and general ramen. For me it moved from 3 stars to 4.

$40+ for two bowels of ramen with tips. I would say not impressive in terms of the service and food portions.

THEY HAVE A DYSON IN THEIR SHOP. I WAS BLOWN AWAY A RESTAURANT HAS ONE, so you know they take cleaning up and keeping tidy seriously, kudos! The seating is cozy and accommodates all group sizes. The food was excellent! The broth for the ramen I ordered was rich and flavourful. Their thin noodles were nice and had good texture. The chashu was delicious. What set this place apart from other ramen places I’ve been is there’s less broth in the bowl than usual, so you can feel fine drinking more of it (for sodium conscious people) and the broth is more concentrated so each spoonful is very rich in umami. The takoyaki was fantastic. A popular place to eat so come early and don’t mind the wait, it’s with it. Would recommend!
