This location literally makes up their own hours of operation. There was 1 car at the window receiving their order. Meanwhile the automated speaker says “I’m sorry we are closed” as I look at the time it was only 10:30pm. Manager stated she closed because it was slow. However Checkers had a line wrapped around 4th Street. As well as McDonald’s drivethru line was wrapped around to their drivethru exit. It’s unfortunate that this location can close when they’re “Bored” instead of CLEANING in between customers while its “Too slow” to keep the business running to bring in FRIDAY NIGHTS REVENUE!!! Very poor customer service. What’s the point of having a PHONE if NOBODY ever answers it; especially in the event that an order may have been messed up & needed to let the manager know of this mistake.

You never know if the inside is open. They’re usually so understaffed that it’s almost a 30 min wait from ordering to getting food. The last time I went, a $40 order was so messed up it was insane.

Poor service later in the day. Twice in the last 30 days I have to this location and they seem to mess things up. Last time they charged me for sour cream and never gave it to me or on my items.. Even the supreme tacos didn’t have any. This time they gave me the sour cream on all the correct items however they gave me my mexican pizza side ways ans it was a mess.

2 stars is being generous….Everytime I visit, there’s something wrong. All of my orders are big. I asked for a large potato wedge, it was missing. Next visit, I asked for extra crispy chicken, I got home and see i got original, next visit…. I asked for large freezes, slushy like drink, she put medium. It’s super disappointing that I have so many chances for them to get it right and they keep screwing up. Things need to change or they’re going to get shut down.

Most incompetent location. You can’t ever get a basic order correct even with written I structiond. You hand them a note with specific directions and they still give you exactly what you said you didn’t want. The whole purpose of written instructions t why is it so hard to make a travel order. This is 10out of 10 times not isolated incidents. The phone is busy you can’t call it just rings your location sucks and you need basic comprehension skills it’s not one person of every single time you SCREW UP.

If only I could give zero stars…This Lancaster location is by far the worst Taco Bell/KFC ever. There is something wrong on my order four out of five times. On the rare occasion that I try and come back to fix the issue, which is on there end they are very rude and there is absolutely no customer service quality. I will never come back to this location.
