So DELICIOUS! The chicken sandwich was perfectly seasoned and cooked, had great flavor, was well proportioned to the bun, and had a great crunchy, crispy texture. The slaw topping was just okay, but Im glad they didn’t put too much on (which could potentially make the sandwich soggy).

Absolutely disgusting. Pictures are catfish. I ordered loaded waffle fries but they sent me regular fries & even that tasted stale. Chicken was burnt.. everything tasted like it was cooked in old and used oil.. The macaroni was bad & based on the other reviews, just shut this place down immediately.

I have placed numerous orders in the past, but recent experiences have been incredibly appalling. It is beyond comprehension how the quality of the food has deteriorated so dramatically. Sam’s chicken has gained quite a reputation for selling excessively overcooked chicken, and I genuinely mean charred chicken. I’m baffled as to how the expo team permits such subpar dishes to be served. The burnt chicken and sloppy plating are clear indications of the dire need for significant improvements in this establishment.

This restaurant is not worth the money or time. I had ordered the Original Sam’s Cripsy Chicken sandwhich. And the main ingredients that make this sandwhich their main dish, were missing. They also barely put any sauce. The images are completely misleading. This is the second time I ordered from here and previously there was barely any sauce again.

I have ordered from here plenty of times and love the original sandwich. But today I am highly disappointed that they did not hold their standards.
