This restaurant is in a very small town but our waitress was super kind to my family and I. The food was great and they seated us right away. The portions are big. There’s 7 of us and all 5 of our kids ate all of their food.

Yesterday July 1 my husband and I went to the eggberts in coffeville. And as I dont know what the story is, I gotta say that manager in there is terrible to her waitresses. She looked down her nose at them and wasn’t at all friendly to them. She talked to them like they were children. One girl was moving a table and a jar fell off, we’ve all dropped something at one point in life haven’t we? She had that girl scared to death. We watched this behavior the whole time we was in there. The manager never smiled at all. I get that the food industry is a hard business but without the support staff you as manager wouldn’t have a job. I feel you can do better than that. Your customers see this and we won’t be back to that eggberts because of what we witnessed today. You can’t use fear to get the support you need. A little kindness goes a long way

Ordered senior hamburger meal. Waitress brought a plate of 2 pieces very hard broccoli. A adequate size of hamburger,a very tiny roll and very small scoop of mashed potatoes. Have had much better senior meals at eggberts. Someone with swallowing problems could have potential problems with the vegetables not being cooked long enough. Don’t recommend the senior menu there. Hoping for better prepared meals there.

I’m from Tulsa and was visiting family in Coffeyville. Looked around for a restaurant and saw this one on Google so decided to try them out. The service was amazing, even for being short staffed! The atmosphere was very welcoming for my family and I, and nostalgic to me. The food was a godsend! I ordered The Hangover Burger with chorizo and a side of fries, it was the best burger I’ve ever had. There’s an Eggbert’s in Claremore that I’m wanting to go to next, I’m excited to try the chicken fried steak, as well as other things on the menu that had my mouth watering. Definitely stop by here if you have a chance!

I stumbled upon this place when passing through Coffeyville at dinner time. This is obviously a local favorite as I think I was the only one there who knew no one in the place. The food is very good and reasonably priced diner food and the service excellent. I had the chicken fried steak and really enjoyed it. It was the service that kicked it up to 5 stars for me.
