A real place to eat. Good good, great prices, and good people. The steamed tofu was really good and was a considerable amount of food for $10. My boyfriend got the chicken fried rice and he loved it! Amazing place to stop for a late night meal on the road.

Worst attitude ever!!!! Need to take a course in costumer service. As long as they been in business one would think their attitude would have improved. I had stopped going and start going to the Chinese place in creedmoor. They do not open unti 5pm. I will wait until they opens and take that drive to creedmoor.

Got 4 combo orders of sweet and sour pork. The sweet and sour sauce was so diluted, it was awful. Normally I put the sauce on and it should be sweet and sour to the point you only put a little on. This place and their sauce didn’t really have any flavor. Put some pineapple and cherries in there people. Now it comes with pork fried rice. But the amount of pork they put in their is so small, good luck finding it. As for the fried battered pork. No taste at all except a oily mouth. They are trying to cut corners, but a $38.50 they are still making a ton of money. The taste and quality has gone down.

I have always experienced rudeness with the owner of this establishment. Today, however she told me to pay an amount that my receipt did not reflect. When i asked her about it. She became irate. Yelling and rolling her eyes. Do you want the food or not. I elected not to get the food. I will no longer support an establishment that will is not respectful. We all are in a recession. Customer service matters.

Placed carryout order, was told 10 minutes. When I arrived 10 minutes later, she took my payment, then proceeded to make the food as I continued to wait. Then the order was wrong, but I wasn’t about to wait longer for them to take their time correcting it. Whatever. Just took what they gave me and won’t be back.

I called in an order and they said 25-30min. Spouse gets there at 30min mark and has to wait. The place is disorganized and they were just calling out orders and other customers rummaging through them saying that wasn’t their order, or was missing parts. After waiting he gave up and went to cookout. We never got service but won’t be ordering again since they are so disorganized.

I’venever had any issues, until I received a dark colored chow main with old bean sprouts. After driving back into Oxford (35 min drive) it took her over 15 minutes to issue a refund on my card. She finally passed the phone to me to speak with the representative on the phone. I asked what’s the problem she said “the refund was back on my card she is trying to ring up another transaction for 3.00 and is having difficulty without the card.” I gave her the phone back and asked her “you want the money for the egg rolls after I drove 35 minutes out of the way?” I passed her $3.00!! WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

I just called to place an order (first time) and the lady who answered immediately started yelling at me when I asked her if the combo came with fried rice. I thought we were disconnected so I called back and she immediately started yelling at me again then hung up. I will not be ordering anything there ever, unless ownership changes.

I gave them a 1 because I went there today to get my order the lady that worked there and that I spoke to on the phone got my order totally wrong. Which she tried to argue with me that this was what I asked for and it wasn’t. And after that she yelled at me in front of other customers. So needless to say I will not be going back there because the customer service stinks.
