This is probably if not the cleanest Jimmy John’s I have ever been in. From the moment you walk in the staff greets you with a smile I love that their bread is so fresh, my favorite is the Italian #9!!! They are fast and I’ve never had any issues or mistakes with my order however, they are so nice that I doubt they would have a problem correcting it if they did. I’ve been coming to this location for 10 years highly recommend them…

This pains me to write as they always have great customer service and the food is always delicious, however no one expects to get their food delivered and before you can open the bag you get hit with a contact high. The culprit being the JJ delivery driver who has gone nose blind to the fact that his car smells like a permanent ‘hot box’ and now your sandwich, bottle of water, chips and even the napkins smell… I can’t, won’t eat that especially at work!!! Do better JJ, do better!

This is by far the best Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. The staff provides exceptional service every single time. Not only are they friendly, but attentive as well. The sandwiches are tasty, but customer service is even better. If you haven’t been here before, then I recommend you go.

I ordered two number 9 sandwiches. When I got home one sandwich that did not have any meat on it. I called the store and they were not able to help me. I failed to get a receipt but I also was not offered one. Mwke sure you look to make sure you get what you ordered.
