I ordered brisket, slaw and beans. White beans were made for flavor! Dice sized chunks of meat floated around a medley of veg and bean in a tomato sauce. The slaw was modern and light. The veg was dressed with a white sauce and a green sauce….complimenting the meat perfectly. The chefs were trying out a gluten-free bread that was rustic with a decent crust. The owners were so sweet and thoughtful ta-boot. A must stop in Medford.

I have been so bored eating in the Valley. Don’t get me wrong I like a lot of restaurants here but nothing has made me want to cry tears of joy like Sid’s food. My Husband and I ordered the mac and brisket, pork belly and fried rice, coleslaw, and slow cooked beans. I am sad I didn’t take any pictures (I was hungry and forgot lol). All I can say is everything had it’s own flavor and went together so well. The meats were tender and delicious. I died and went to heaven basically. So nice to finally try something different that stands out from the rest. Great job Sid

Its not too often that I will return to a restuarant/food truck 2 days in a row. Sid’s is the REAL DEAL BBQ. I had the brisket twice, smoked pork belly, tried his chicken, meatballs which don’t have a binder which is perfect for a person not eating carbs!! I also had the pulled pork shoulder. Grabbed dinner based off the reviews. Amazing food, amazing value. I got the Mac and cheese with brisket. Fresh scratch made Mac and cheese. Brisket was so tender I could cut it with a spoon! They also have house made beverages. A must try! I got the Orangeade. Very fresh and tart. Awesome. Will return next time I’m in town.

I’ll always make a stop when I’m passing through Oregon or staying in Medford again. Sid is a gentleman and great chef. The smoked meatballs were light and loaded with flavor. Creamy Mac n Cheese that’s made to order & some of the best fried rice I’ve had with a unique flavor.

So amazing, hands-down the best BBQ in Medford! The brisket and pork sandwiches melt in your mouth, and the Mac n Cheese was probably the best I’ve ever had. The popsicles are hand made and so delicious, I believe it’s a ginger base. If I could give 6 stars I would, I will most definitely be coming back!

My fiancé is a DoorDash driver. We hadn’t heard of Sid’s before he had to pick up an order from here. He wouldn’t stop talking about how good it smelled until we got some for ourselves. We got the smoked chicken cheesesteak sandwich and the pork belly Mac and cheese. It was cold outside so he told us to go warm up in the car and that it would be brought out to us. Talk about customer service! The food was brought out quickly and smelled so amazing we only rounded the corner before giving in and pulling over to try a bite. If it hadn’t been so hot, we would have devoured it all then and there. Got home 20 minutes later and it was STILL hot!
