First time for me. Just another sub shop I thought. And yeah, similar, but this sandwich has so much more flavor than you get at that other sub shop! I got the Italian with oil, pickles lettuce and Italian seasoning. It was really good, and more meat than I expected. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area and want a sandwich!

I got a “skinny” sandwich and chili. Very tasty and filling. It was lunch time but not crowded so I was in and out quickly. Price was reasonable in this day and age. On the go so I didn’t get a chance to take a pic, probably on the next go round

My order didn’t go through on Google maps so when I got there my food wasn’t ready but I did get charged so they were very nice and made my order even though it didn’t show in their system. 10/10 love potbelly and definitely will come back, I just won’t use Google maps to order anymore.

Great service! The Mediterranean is so good! Today I just wanted the potato salad and an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie though. The potato salad is always just right. Not to salty or sweet. I love it. The cookies are so good. I keep getting the same kind. I need to try the chili. My store general manager had some and it looked hearty and good. Great place. I like when the lady is there singing. She’s great.

Ordered pickup last night. Roast beef was on my italian. Your new chicken on my chicken club is disgusting and there was no bacon. I would call and complain but ill just be offered a credit which i wont use because your food is nasty now. I used to like potbelly but i wont be back anytime soon unless you bring back quality ingredients.

Ok so my dasher stole my order and then cancelled it himself! I’m a nurse and can’t leave my unit since I’m the only one on it. I called Potbelly because I had ordered it through them and not Door Dash. They had just been alerted that it got cancelled and assured me it had been picked up and that that was probably what happened, it being stolen. The GM said he was going to remake it all for me himself and then he personally drove it over to me! Give this man a raise or a big bonus because he went out of his way as a GM. And my food was the BEST I’ve had from any Potbelly hands down. This location has a life customer.

My favorite sandwich is The Wreck. Delicious. Sandwiches come in 3 sizes, and I find the “skinny” (smallest size) to be quite adequate. My personal preference is their whole wheat bread, but the white is good. Usual toppings are free (lettuce, mustard, onions, tomatoes, oil, Italian spices, pickles, etc.). Extra charge for other toppings like bacon and avocado.
