We’re from the Philadelphia area. Had to meet a business associate in New Jersey. This was the spot we picked. We could not have been happier eating here. My fiance had the rack of lamb which included eight lamb chops instead of the normal six. I had the barbecue bacon wrapped shrimp for an appetizer and for my main course I had the lobster and wide pasta noodle special. It was totally amazing loaded with lobster in what I would describe as a rosé sauce. The customer service is excellent. The busboy did an excellent job keeping our water glasses full, they had great coffee, we could have not been happier with our meal. Best Italian food in New Jersey so far highly recommend!!!

Such an amazing first time at this hidden gem in Hamilton! We just bought a house in Bordentown this year and love to check out new places in the area. This place was a short 10 min from our house and I’m so happy we found this great restaurant. We have been to a few other places in the area and this has to be one of the best around Hamilton and Bordentown for fine Italian dining.

Wow! An amazing meal with great service and a wonderful atmosphere! We had two of the steak specials and it was all fantastic not just the way the meal was cooked but also the presentation in the service! Well it’s definitely not a cheap meal or something you’re going to get quickly it was a great meal for a special occasion or just a really nice date night!

We had our daughter’s First Communion dinner and party at Diamonds a couple of weeks ago. The food and service were excellent, but there’s more. We really didn’t feel like we were in a restaurant. We felt “at home” with friends and family. The staff was tremendous. The service was surpassed only by the food.

I love the bone in pork chop entree. The seasoning is delicious & cooked nicely. There’s sauces for an extra price, but the taste is so good it’s not necessary & would change the whole flavor. The pork & fig appetizer is sweet, with a little crunch. It’s so tasty I wish there was a little more pork to enjoy it more. We’ve been here twice & both times had a different experience than other diners because of the waiters, maybe they were new, I’m not sure. We had to ask about specials & then we were only told- beef wellington, crab cake, tilapia, while other tables were told a whole beautiful description as to ounces, preparation, seasoning etc. Both times after already ordering, we heard the other tables being offered additional entree specials we weren’t told & might’ve ordered if we had known. We’re foodies & eat out alot so consistency is important. We notice details & know how things should be. The sides are a source of confusion for them as well, telling us there was no charge for a different potato but then when the bill came we were charged because there is definitely a charge for anything but roasted potatos & mixed veggies (which are delicious). The cost was removed but it’s awkward & maybe they just need more experience & menu training. For the prices & appearance of fine dining, more attention to details is necessary.

This place is top notch. I thought I had my order picked out and then they shared the specials with me. I was sold. I had the filets with crab meat. This was truly the best steak that I have ever had!!! I have definitely found my new spot. Love this place!!! You must try it!!!

Came here for an early Sunday seating for a family members birthday. One thing I didn’t notice on the website was BYOB wine. Sherry was our server and she was top notch. Covered all the specials, very attentive, and good for a laugh or two! Everyone loved their food and it made for a great night. The Wellington was superb, and the Brussels sprouts with pancetta side was enough for everyone to share – and delicious. This place should be your go-to for a nice night out.

Trenton’s Messenger
Took my mom out for a dinner date which the T-MOBILE dining led me to Diamond’s. I am glad it did because everything was fantastic. My mom knew the place from when Diamond’s resided in the greater Trenton area. Both Anthony the waiter and owner were nothing but spectacular. So great I sat through a time capsule once Anthony(owner) and my mom started chatting about the grand ol’ days of Trenton.
