When the wife and I ask for a beef sandwich with cheese both the North a South restaurants give us a beef and cheddar with arbys sauce that we dont like and they slop them together. Very sloppy sandwiches. I have ate at arbys for 50 years.We won’t be back.

Came in for lunch, girls taking order were not pleasant or professional. We ordered drinks and didn’t get cups so we waited at the register, the response we got was what do you need. I asked for our cups and she said did you order drinks. Then I ran in the bathroom to wash my hands since we had been running errands to which there were “Hairs” placed all over the handles of the faucet and on the sink. When I mentioned it to an employee they said yeah, someone here keeps doing that.
