A few weeks ago, following a ski trip, I visited this spot and decided to give their Philly Cheesesteak a try. However, instead of the classic option, I opted for the Bacon Ranch half sandwich and paired it with their cajun fries. While the sandwich itself was quite enjoyable – it’s tough to go wrong with beef, seasoning, and cheese – the Cajun fries were a bit of a letdown. The seasoning didn’t stick well to the fries, resulting in a decent experience. Despite this, I’d still recommend giving this place a try, though perhaps skip the Cajun fries.

We live in Seattle and come down to Portland every few months and this place is a must visit ever time. Even though its out of the way but its sooooo dang good! Everything on the menu is to die for… but i really love the loaded fries!

I don’t write reviews much but the staff was so nice and kind and this place makes a better burger for half the price of the other cart in the area, i was rewarded with fries for patience and i’ll definitely have to come back and try more

BEST FOOD TRUCK OUT THERE!!! I have a lot of food allergies (no gluten no dairy) and the couple that owns the truck was unbelievably kind to me, and came up with a solution I could eat. I got the “dirty fries” without cheese and O. M. G. Absolutely delicious even without the cheese. Best experience I’ve ever had at a food truck. GO HERE!!!

Got a cheesesteak here with the wife. It wasn’t so good. There are better around, but not close. We didn’t even finish either of our halves. Meat was not seasoned Betty well and it was just bland. Sorry to throw a 2 star at you, but it was not enjoyable. The dirty fries were your savior from 1 star, but, you are not a dirty fry cart.

We got 2 different cheesesteak sandwiches and they were both amazing! The half is plenty for a meal! We also got the Cajun fried and loaded fries and both of course delicious! The lady working the front was super sweet! We don’t get out there too often but we will definitely be back next time through!
