Lady at the window was super courteous. She gets a star for this restaurant. Order was not correct with two items. Waited for 25 minutes to order and get our food. That is way too long for interstate travelers like us. We will not be stopping there again. Plus they add 4% surcharge for processing your charge card. What restaurant does that to their customers??? So I paid in cash.

If I could give this particular Krystal 0 stars, I would. The place was absolutely nasty inside both the dining area and behind the counter. We got our meal to go only to realize halfway into a chili cheese pup, the hotdog was a grayish color. We threw the rest away already having been very put off by how unclean the inside of the restaurant was. While I waited for our order, I noticed their health rating was a 94 which completely baffled me. Do better folks! There’s no excuse for nastiness.

Been living here in Thomson for almost 8 years and got the idea let’s try out Krystal, well the order taker was a little impatient when taking our order, pulled up payid and wait for what seems like 10 to 15 minutes to get our food. Get home and what do ya know we were shorted one of our meals, granted we should o checked before leaving but had been at the lake all and was in a hurry to get home. Needless to say wife wasn’t happy as it was her meal that was short. As for the rest of the food my triple cheese burgers were soggy and my chicken ones the buns were hard and dry, probably won’t be back to this store.

The prices here have increased a lot. They used to have a deal of buy 5 for 6.99 where you could get any of the mini sandwiches. Now that same offer is over 7$ and you can’t get the chik sandwiches. Disappointed in the price of what used to be an affordable chain.
