I started going to this South Shore location even though it’s a further drive than the Egret Bay location because I always ask for extra sauce because the pizza is usually too dry. Even when asking for extra sauce they put way less than normal.

I ordered online so I cannot speak to the staff in the store. However, the delivery person was TOP KNOTCH! He was polite, friendly, and patiently waited for me to get to the door with payment. The food was perfect and still hot upon arrival.

Do not go to this location. After waiting over and hour and half for our pizza to be delivered we called to check on it, Sarah answered the phone and insisted that it was placed as carry out even though I heard my husband when he ordered it for delivery. She was incredibly rude and so we were like ok don’t worry about it you can just refund our money. She hung up on me. I called back to make sure we weren’t disconnected and she said yeah you’re money is being refunded and hung up on me again. Needless to say we will never order from there again.

I usually order from here because the food is always on point. However tonight the pizza came pretty doughy. I called the store and was greeted with the best person ever. She apologized and offered me multiple ways to resolve this. Her great attitude and appreciation for the customer is why I will always make this my pizza joint. Thank you for taking care of me. I appreciated the good customer service and the resolution.

Placed a carry out tonight. When I went to pick it up I had to wait a little while before my order was ready. When I got it, it was missing a pizza. So while it was being remade, I ran home to hand off the rest of the order for my wife and came back. While I waited I was watching the employees and everyone seemed to be working together to get the orders out as quickly as possible. The guy running the front was very calm and professional in the way he spoke to the customers, including myself. I’ve worked in several pizzerias and I know from experience that it takes 1 thing going wrong to derail an entire evening in that industry. I don’t doubt that this is what the staff was dealing with tonight. But I believe they did a great job in handling it, at least while I was there. I’m only not putting 5 stars because of the minor inconvenience that came from having to wait a little while for my food. I hope that anyone who wants to write a negative review will first read this and consider the employees before doing so. They are just trying to do their jobs and keep their bills paid. Mistakes happen. They don’t need any more stress added to their evening.

What I asked for was no cheese on half the pizza. I have a dairy allergy. What I received was 3 pizzas with full cheese but toppings on only half of the pizza. Then when I asked for them to fix it the manager got upset with me and said I confused them because on obe of the pizzas I selected light cheese. I still wrote no cheese on half the pizza, and I called and spoke to someone and explained I have a dairy allergy, please no cheese on half the pizza.
