They gave my doordash order away to someone else and when I arrived they told me I needed to call doordash to have the order remade. Doordash called the store to confirm, which was not busy at all, I listened to their phone ring and ring while noone picked up. I chose to eat somewhere else and won’t be back.

We had been traveling for awhile and my family was hungry my kids wanted nacho fries and when I got my food they were RAW. My food was cold but who would give a costumer raw food!!!!! I waited in line for a lot time and only to get uncooked food I didn’t notice until I got to my hotel room we were so tired from the trip I couldn’t go back but this is ridiculous!!

Was told that they add sour cream to the guacamole even though the website says it’s certified vegan. If so it’s disappointing they break company protocol and if this isn’t true it’s disappointing the staff isn’t knowledgeable about their product. I will not be returning to this location.

Ordered a 7 Layer burrito and got a 1 inch sheet metal screw inside. I went back and showed the Manager “Rosie” who said “we heard something fall and looked for it but couldnt find it!” I bit down on it. Almost broke my tooth! I’m glad I didn’t swallow it! Paranoid about eating any food from there now.
