I’ve eaten at a lot of Bojangles through the years. This one started ok, but I have to be honest it is one of the worse around. I travel the southeast constantly (I am in sales) and am in and out of fast food restaurants as well as sit down restaurants. This one really needs to be cleaned up. They used to at least have friendly workers. Now it’s not only a mess but they have been rude the past few times I’ve been in there.

Food was ok. I ordered through the drive thru and had to pull up to wait on my order. Not sure why no one was there. I ordered Pepsi and got tea. So I went in to get my drink and still had to wait for my food. Got my food then got to the truck and it was plain chicken sandwich. It was supposed to have slaw on it. Took it back in and they re-made my order. People working there are rude and unprofessional. I love Bo’s but lately they suck. I’ve been to this same location and usually they are out of chicken. I will say the Carolina Gold sandwich is good. I just can’t stand people that hate there job and it everybody else’s fault. If you don’t like something, then change it. It’s all about the type of people you hire. If your going to do something be the best at it.

Got a 3 PC yesterday. Was greeted by pleasant young man. There was another young man standing behind him with a doo rag on. I questioned in my head if he even worked there due to his attire. Chicken had no flavor. Fries were cold. The best thing was my slaw.

When I got there on Friday at 930, the drive thru automatic system said they were closed. So I sent to the window and the guy tried to take my order. I said well I don’t have a menu so I had to drive around again. An when I got back around he told me they only had chicken and mashed potatoes. The food was HORRIBLE AND UNDER COOKED.

Horrible service. Even went in and the manager was heard asking the employees why didnt they make my food already, and their response was idk! 15 mins in line, I order my food the lady can’t understand 2 of one thing and 2 of another! Manager was inconsiderate and when I asked for my money back he said he would just to get me out of his store. I witnessed 3 other cars in the line get their food ahead of me and 3 customers went inside and all got food. What my food order wasn’t good enough to provide me????? Will not be eating at this location ever!!!

The biscuits are good, DeSoto was watery and the chicken tenders were very small. Ranch dressing should have been called pepper ranch, I was unable to use the ranch because of all the pepper in it

Could not have asked for better customer service. I did a online pickup order and when I got there to pick it up they were closed. A truck didn’t come so they had closed early but the gentleman that come to the window was quick to not only fix the issue but throw in a few things since the things a placed an order for wasn’t available. It’s very rare to find good customer service these days and he definitely went above and beyond to fix something that was out of his control. Very pleased !!
