The wait times are ridiculous, I’ve waited up to 45 minutes just to give my order. They only accept mobile orders when they feel like it. I’ve seen multiple times employees make their OWN drinks and just leave customers waiting. It’s ridiculous I don’t know who runs this place. There’s not excuse for any of this, especially for an employee to make their own personal drinks while on the clock.

This is a great Starbucks inside of a store, one of the better ones I’ve visited almost as good as a brick and mortar store don’t hesitate if you’re in the area of it pop in and get your favorite cup of joe.

This is the Starbucks inside of the Hy-Vee. I think it’s silly that there’s one in here when there’s a full sized Starbucks right across the street – but hey. One on every corner. I’d call it up with normal Starbucksy standards, just bite sized. I would, however, go out of my way to go to the one across the street.

Told me they where closed I ask for how long and they said 30 minutes . It’s been more then 30 minutes and they are just messing around . Every time I go there they are rude and don’t care to acknowledge the customer ! This is the only Starbucks store I ever had a problem with ! Idk why they are so rude !
