We ate here regularly and the employees were very hygienic and the subs were the standard subs you would get at any subway. What we enjoyed most was the sincerity and attention-to-detail with which Darren and Mara made our sandwiches. We rate their service from this location very highly and stopped there several times due to the “brand value” they delivered from this location for Subway.

The food in the service is all right but it’s Subway they use mediocre ingredients and the bread is okay as well I really wish that all subways would be converted to Cousins Subs. I used to travel about 45 minutes just to go get a sub from cousins Subs. But as with any other Subway you can make yourself how you want it and sometimes that is a preferred method of eating and it can improve the taste of any meal because it’s tailored to your liking.

It’s obvious this store is ran with a strong management(BRANDON SPARKS), due to the excellent customer service we received. We were greeted when we walked in, when my girlfriend couldn’t make up her mind the Gentleman (BRANDON) helped us didn’t get short or rude even though there was a good size line behind us. Instead of getting angry or stressed he took his time with us and made sure we got everything we needed. He was so helpful, asking what kind of food she liked. This isn’t the first time we have had great service AND PROMPT! at this subway restaurant. #GREAT #JOB #TOMAH #SUBWAY BY HOCHUNK THEATER NOT TO BE MISTAKEN FOR THE POOR SERVICE AND SPEED OF THE WALMART SUBWAY.

In need of Refurbishment. Off the I 90-94 WI 80 exit on the Northwest corner of New Lisbon, next to a motel is a travel plaza. Truck stop, shower facilities, convenience store, laundry mat, and a three restaurant food court. In between a locally owned diner and an A&W is a SUBWAY all sharing a common seating area. This sounds like this should be the idea model for a roadside travel plaza. WHAT WENT WRONG. While I can’t say I have ever had as bad an experience as some of the other reviewers have had I can not say this place is worth going out of the way for.The food and service is on a par with just about all other SUBWAYS, the entire building seems to be in need of refurbishment. This does not not seem likely however, with construction across the street of a new rival travel plaza with a McDonald’s, competition will be underway. (The new truck stop is being built on a vacant lot that had been another truck stop.)

Considering how much this place charged per gallon ($.40! more than other places) it should have been nicer in and out. The bathrooms were rundown and the free winder washer smelled like poo like they hadn’t refilled it in a long time. If they are going to cut corners like this they definitely shouldn’t be charging so much but they do because they are on the freeway. Out of principle we only put 3 gallons in our car and won’t ever go back.

Whoever manages the subway should be fired. He/she doesn’t know how to staff or keep inventory. A tenth grade business management class has a better idea of how to run a business than whoever that joke of an employer is

Usually the wait isn’t too bad, they work hard to be quick but friendly and listen well to what you want.
