Food was delicious and service was great. Pizza was so good and cheesy straight from the kitchen. Visually I thought the Bread Sticks and pretzel bites were dry but they were moist and delicious. Restrooms are single use and was clean. They have mounted TVs for a sports bar type experience. LaRosa’s never disappoint no matter which location you go to

Worst service I’ve seen at a LaRosa’s. From the minute we sat down the waitress had an attitude. I had To physically go find her to give her the check because she barely came over. Spoke to the manager after to let him know our experience was lacking, we were trying to be understanding as everyone has an off day but we wanted him to be aware so he could have a conversation with her. He just looked at us like “ what do you want me to do about it?” Very unapologetic.

Usually I don’t have any problems at this place but the last time I was here for a pickup order I had to wait like 20 minutes past the time the website told me was needed, which was the first time in like 10 months of ordering from this location that it has ever happened. Admittedly it was a Friday evening, but that’s never been a problem before.

Got there right after open to take my daughter out for her birthday. It’s not a 5 star restaurant in there but it was cozy and not busy. Waited on immediately, food came out relatively quick, no issues at all. Been eating here for years and actually worked there years ago! Will obviously be back because we like the food!

Great service. Only couple in restaurant. Tuned TV to watch Hockey game. Attentive to our needs, refills. Calzone lots of ingredients, overfilling. Husband not complaining. I ate the crust less pizza bowl. Very interesting concept for the low carb approach. Very saucy, lots of toppings. I ended up getting garlic bread, very good to help digest the sauce.

Picked up a pizza to go. Worst Larosas pizza I’ve ever had. Pepperoni was stacked 5-6 pcs thick, pizza wasn’t cut, sloppy mess. I don’t know how many pizzas I’ve had from LaRosas in the last 35 years but this was so bad I’m actually embarrassed for them. Stay away from the Norwood location
