Came to this chipotle for dinner for a late night meal around 10pm because they were one of the few places open at them time. I ordered through the app, my usual order, and I was not disappointed at all. The service was great, the staff was really nice and helpful and my food was made in a timely fashion and it was also fresh and hot too.

I recently visited this location employees sitting at the tables chillian, I know 4 was on that shift including the grill person….I understand busy times but during down time nobody can wipe down the sitting area or the station where the food is? Young lady had an attitude both days believe she had braids in her hair…Haven’t found a decent Chipotle yet that has great customer service.

Very crowded, long line, long wait. I ended up ordering my food on the app while I stood in line and was able to get my food before I would have gotten to the counter. It appears that they may be short, or understaffed. With that being said, the staff was doing the best they could.

March 2023 Kirkwood Highway/DE-2 Wilmington, DE location. We easily placed an online order for pickup. The food was promptly ready as estimated. When my guy returned with the food it was still hot, with a tantalizing aroma. It smelled so good I ate forgetting to take snapshots and write a review. The food tasted very fresh and was a very enjoyable experience. It was an added bonus getting healthy take out options. Win-Win! Good food. Fast and easy. Meals can get a bit pricey if you start adding things, though. Be aware that you are paying for the protein, not the burrito or burrito bowl. If you order extra meat, you will be charged for two entire meals. Why nobody informers you of this when you are ordering is beyond me.

Pretty sad, to say the least. Very few options here. I avoided the beans, as they had a skin on top that would put any brown leather jacket to shame. The guacamole was brown and the staff robotic. I would have been more comfortable at Taco Bell.

With Chipotle, although you may not get an authentic Mexican experience, you do get enough options to create a burrito or a bowl that you can really enjoy. The newer AL Pastor chicken option is especially tasty! I also appreciate the chips and queso blanco.
