Food was good! The service was horrible. We waited so long to be waited on. When we went in today it wasn’t busy, maybe us (3) in my group and 2 other tables. Younger waiters and waitresses were working all they wanted to do is talk and not wait on anyone. Manager just walking around not managing. Not sure if it was the owner, but he sat down in front of the fireplace doing paperwork. Him and the manager sat there counting money while waiters and waitresses stood around talking. Ordered drinks and those took a while to get. It started very well when we got there. Waitress telling us what she recommends and what was popular to get. She gave out good information about the food and drinks. Then it just fell apart. Maybe it was just an off night? Like I said food was great service not so much. Willing to give them another try only because the food was good.

This is a perfect little date night spot no matter what you’re looking for. It has a pleasant, high-class ambiance, wonderful food, imaginative cocktails, and excellent staff that exude an air of elegance. The “Fiery Passion” is a tequila cocktail with some really cool spicy bitters, and the lemon mascarpone cake is eye-rollingly delicious. The prices are medium-high, expecting about $40-50 per person for an entree and drinks. We will definitely be going back, and you should as well.

The food was excellent. The drinks are the true star. The Buffalo Shrimp should be ordered. The Parker house rolls are ok, but not really worth $7. I’ve been to some restaurants where those would have just been given free. The meal for 2 adults and one child, with a drink for the adults and a huge sharable cake for dessert came to $130 before tip. Reasonable for what we got, but again, skip the rolls, they should have just been included.

The food I had was phenomenal and the wait staff was awesome. We ate in the igloos and our server was so nice and accommodating. I went here to celebrate my friend’s birthday and she was so happy. I had the apple cider brined pork chop and it was amazing!

This is a NICE place. But it is NOT a five star supper club. It is a typical Rockford restaurant PRETENDING to be fine dining. $50 bucks for a fillet, yet there are TV’s EVERYWHERE – like any old bar.

Excellent visit, service was prompt and friendly, great selection of drinks and cocktails (we visited when it was in the single digits so we got the spiked hot chocolate and it was amazing totally hit the spot) totchos appetizer was delicious and almost too filling and the surf n turf burger (buffalo shrimp on the burger) was great and interesting combination of flavors. Will be back
