Pebbles Escapade
Horrible management by Rafa. He is always in the kitchen and burnt spring rolls. I showed him and he argued that if he didn’t cook them as long they would be frozen. Wrong. Edwin gives special treatment to specific customers like him and has little patience with others. Good should be consistent. Not burnt one day and cooked right the next. Very defensive manager with no couth and no sophistication. Has no idea how to speak professionally or correct his staff. There is also tons of litter in the front of this location that he never addresses.

I had to make a really long time to order my food, I wanted egg roles and the lady told me she didn’t have any buy to pay for them and come back in a bit when they come out, I go back and this rude lady was a black shirt asks my family “are you ordering something?” We say no and explain we had paid for the egg roles and she says she doesn’t remember us, Then she said under her teeth that we probably wanted them for free, Showed her my receipt and all of a sudden turned apologetic about her attitude towards my family!!!! Horrible !!!!

More important than the food..I was in the parking lot walking to my car and this girl from panda was trying to get my attention..I left my wallet & she was running to return it to me! I wanted to cry..I didn’t even know I left my wallet there by mistake…THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE..IM SO BLESSED HONEST PEOPLE STILL EXIST AND CARE!!! thank you to the employee who took the time do all that she for me…

Extremely slow. Took about 20 minutes to get food I was told would take about 6 minutes. The grill cook was openly handling dirty rags that he was wrapping around a swiffer. He did not wash his hands between handling cleaning materials/rags and handling food on the grill. Truly disgusting. I asked the cashier if she sees him, and she looked back and then didn’t respond. Very gross.
