Walked in, no one noticed us for 2 minutes. Ordered ice tea, never received, asked for a side plate for my child never received. Fettuccine arrived in 5 min, the pizza took 10. Pizza is great, Cesar was good. Kids Mac and cheese needed more salt. No salt and pepper at the table. Took forever to process cash payment, never brought to go box (specifically asked for one)

The dynamite shrimp was kind of salty. Without the excessive salt, it could have been so delicious. The cedar plank salmon was dry and scorched. The lady server was kind of in a hurry all the time. Never did she ask if everything was okay. I knew the lady server realized there was something wrong with the salmon as I saw her surprised stare on the scorched salmon prior to serving it. But she didn’t even bother. You couldn’t say anything as the lady server immediately leaves after putting the plated food on the table without even looking at the customer or asking if anything is needed.

Normally I have a great experience at any other CPK except with the Sarasota location. But this time I had a good experience with my food and the customer service. The pizza we ordered wasn’t that great but everything else was very good. I hope they keep it that wey so I can keep going.

Speaker was blown so it was making a loud buzzing noise for half of the time we were in the restaurant. Our server sat us then came back several minutes later to take our drink order. We were under the impression we had a completely different server by the way they acted. They never came back to refill our drinks, ask if the food was ok, take dishes away or ask if we needed any boxes. Worst service I think we have ever experienced. Only positive was the food was good. Deeply upsetting as this is one of our favorite restaurants.

For all Indian who crave good cauliflower 65. You will not get it better than cpk. even in traditional Indian restaurant perfect crunch and spice level. All of their small plates are our favorite. For whatever reason their thin crust Pizza was much chewy than I expected. We had chipotle chicken pizza. Overall great food as always and friendly staff.

Food is good but this is one of the dirtiest restaurants we have ever been in. We had to ask for the table and chairs to be cleaned – they were covered with food scraps. The men’s restroom urinal had vomit in it and the trash cans were completely full. This was not the result of not being able to hire – the staff and manager just walked around and didn’t even look at the filthy tables. The manager was on his phone more than he was paying attention to the terrible conditions. Don’t eat in here – order to carry out!

Love CPK always. Food is great and place is clean. But the waitress Casey at UTC Sarasota is rude, short and not personable at all. After walking past our table 5 times for other reasons (never stopping to ask how things were) she asked only when we pushed the leftovers to the edge of table needing a box. She needs a course in how to become a good server, how to be friendly, how not to ignore customers, how to offer more napkins, how to ask if drinks and food were ok, etc. Re-training might do her some good. 8/20/2023 5 pm place not busy so no real excuses.

We have never eaten here before, but we will definitely be back! Our server, Kayla, was fantastic. Our appetizer was brought out quick and out meals were faster than I would have expected. The best part was how delicious the food was. We were extremely happy with the experience overall. We came for an early lunch, and we did notice it got busy quickly.
