25 min to get 3 coffees a bagel and 2 breakfast wraps. And we were the only car in the drive through. We get our food and litterally every thing is wrong. You cant leave 1 young girl to run the show and expect results. Poor girl was in way over her head. Manager is a joke for allowing this

To the gentleman who runs the closing or female, not sure, I had asked for 4 creams and 4 sugars. He added 6 cream no sugar.. he also was on his phone as he was charging me for my iced coffee. My boss ordered turboshot in his and gave him sugar instead! That guy should be fired on the spot! Not the first time he got our order wrong! First time complaining! We are daily customers! Morning crew is efficient, but he needs a new job! In any job, he should not be on his phone!

Coffee is always burnt, get charged a different price for same item daily. Poorly ran, some employees are really friendly and some just give you attitude. You really never know what you are getting when you come here. Have called corporate many of times it does no good at all.
