The Delmar is a hole in the wall and incidentally one of our favorite places in Hagerstown. The place could at a minimum use a paint job and some maintenance but we love it irregardless. Its changed hands or something a few times not quite sure whom is the owner anymore. (we thought it was the old guy, then a young couple took over or something then heard that the old guy took it again I digress) Either way the its stays the same old same old Delmar in the end. Great place to watch a show. Normally pulls in some fun people to watch play a good metal show on stage (and people watch on occasion). last but not lease remember 1 thing from this review…. SEMI-HARD rules.
