We came across this food truck at Paddling South Brewery in High Point. We ordered the Sriracha Chicken sandwich and some dumplings. The food and owner/staff were awesome. The sandwich had some heat and best paired with the Tangerine Heat beer from the brewery. The prices were very reasonable for the quality. I hope we can find them again in our travels. YUM!

I stopped by today for a classic Banh Mi to take home, and was not disappointed! The bread was perfect, the ingredients were tasty and obviously fresh, and Steven was great to talk to. I also got an egg roll, which was perhaps the best I’ve had in town… crispy with a really good filling. Give him a try!

Looking for a Banh mi spot to fill the void, I found this gem. I called and made sure he was there as he’s a good truck in the Citgo parking lot. Sure enough, he was there cranking out banh mi’s and I couldn’t resist but to try two I got the cold cut and the sautéed pork. About 10min later I was handed the two beautiful delicious sandwiches with a big smile and a minute after that I was into the first juicy yummy sautéed pork.

Awesome sandwiches! Ingredients are always fresh, and you can’t go wrong with either pork or chicken banh mi. So glad to have Steven back. Checking the social media pages is a must as locations/hours can sometimes vary.
