Upon our arrival, the staff seemed very sour! Expression of hurry up and order don’t waste my time. After we placed our order, there was one staff member that was pleasant. She even acknowledged us when we were getting ready to leave. The food was good and hot. I suggest you please be more pleasant to the out of towners who visit your restaurant, they would likely come to visit again.

Ordered big hot ham and cheese, it was cold in the middle. My fries were under cooked and like limp noodles. The apple pie was fantastic. Been here quite a few times as it’s close to work. Food can be hit and miss. It can be like that any where now though. The staff is polite and fixed me a new sandwich really quickly.

I guess this place is too small and remote for a good Hardee’s. Ordered the Frisco burger, and it came with untosted white bread. Taste was terrible. Patty was cold. Half the drink machines don’t work. Service was average at best. Bleck

I had ordered a jelly biscuit as I have over the years. They have always split the biscuit and put warm butter on it then ask if you want jelly and what kind. Well now they hand you cold butter and don’t cut the biscuits. When the other lady was there she was the bomb!! She took care of you and always so friendly. All the years I was went there and I knew she was working you knew your order was just the way you asked. Never received a raw bacon biscuit before or etc… when she was there. Just a shame that they find it so hard to do especially when they already split most biscuits. I had ordered a biscuit and gravy with extra gravy and received a biscuit and gravy and a cup of grits. ☹️ Talk about how they have changed from when she was there but now they will lose money because they just don’t care and have attitudes because they want it their way.

Service was horrible! Stood up at the counter for a long time with out even being acknowledged. The manager is the person at the front not doing anything and once she came over to the counter had an attitude and could not understand what she was saying. The place was not even busy at all.

I am writing this review on behalf of my son. He went through the drive through and purchased a breakfast sandwich. To his disgust, when he unwrapped the sandwich someone had already took a bite out of the sandwich. He immediately went inside and before he could say a word the manager already knew why he was there and said to him, we are remaking your sandwich. She confirmed it had been bitten into!!! He told her he did not want another sandwich, just a refund. She offered no explanation and nothing other than a refund or remaking the sandwich, not both! He tried to stay calm but he was livid inside about this. He reported this incident to SC DHEC who are to investigate this matter. Whoever did this should be fired! He also called their corporate office for Hardee’s and left a message but has not been contacted back. This is disgusting when saliva, germs, covid exposure, HIV could have resulted if he had eaten this. He didn’t though, thank God, and reported it. Hardee’s should do something so that this doesn’t happen again.

Where do I begin. The least friendly service I have ever had. The food, tasted ok, but boy was I lied to. I ordered a BIG Hot Ham & Cheese, as seen on the menu and the pic below (on the left). What I got was a big bun with 2 slices of ham. So I took it back and they gave me a second one (as seen on the right). I asked if it was gonna look like the one on the menu and they laughed. This sandwich use to cost about $3, now it’s $4.89. Heck the chicken Sandwich dropped from $4.89 down to $3.99. Bottom line, you won’t get anything close to what the menu item looks like, if they even get your order right.
