I came here for dinner with my parents. The food we had was 4/5, and the service was 0.5/5. So in total, 5/10. We had two grilled pork/beef vermicelli with fried rolls and a conch noodle soup. Tasted alright, but not as good as before. The soup I had had bubbles, so I wasn’t sure if it’s alright. Server was speechless since we came into the shop. The younger Vietnamese waitress didn’t greet us or say hello. When she brought out the menu, she didn’t bother to ask what we’d like. There were only another family and us. Nevertheless, we still put a 15% tip as normal. Hopefully, you’ll find my review helpful.

Order a chicken pho to go. Got home and served it to my dad, he ate a bit and noticed there was a dead cockroach. Obviously being grossed out he threw it away. I called the restaurant to file a complaint and they insisted for them to be able to do anything i needed to go back. Its about a 20 minute ride back and forth. I refused and just asked for my money back and they insisted they cant do anything. I spoke to management and they “reviewed” the cameras and they didn’t see anything. I just gave up because i insisted that it was in the noodles and they claimed they couldn’t find anything.

They recently changed the entire menu. Large pho is much smaller, and does not taste as good. The menu has much fewer options than before. This was one of the best pho places, but with the new menu I will be going elsewhere.

The regular size is extremely small, about five bites of noodles so get the large size. The pho soup is a bit salty and the noodles were cooked for too long so they were mushy but they give you a good amount of toppings in it.
