We came in at 9:40pm to order wings but our food was packed Togo instead of dine in. The manager said they’re closing at 10pm (for two years now) when the door says open till midnight 7 days a week. They racked up chairs while we were sitting. So uncomfortable and it was definitely not addressed properly. Bad management. Will not be back!

We love wingstop and since I’ve never ordered from this location we decided to go ahead….keep in mind we are a family of 8! What a waste of my money! WORST WINGSTOP. I will definitely go to 646 from now on. Customer service sucks and the wings and fries were even worse!

we ordered to-go in the restaurant the other night, the drink machine was overflowing with melted ice or water and dripping onto the floor, this was in the evening or towards the night….very chilled-out employees despite this, one boy looked no older than 14. if you staff kids in your restaurant, train them! the african-american kid was very nice to us, most of the others were joking around. fries were overseasoned but wings were fine.

.I had a missing item and my food was cold and old. I tried to get the order corrected and the manager was very dismissive. I waited thirty minutes for him to come speak with me because the employee in charge said she had no managerial power to make any corrections to my order and I’d have to wait. When he finally showed up immediately he didn’t make eye contact, hands on hips, loud, demeaning, and negative. He acted as though I wanted free food when the case was that I was missing my fries and the chicken was cold. In the time I was waiting for the manager to speak with, one man had complained about being ignored for a pick up order, and another woman came back inside after realizing she too was missing a fry and two brownies. The manager balled up the food I brought back and slammed it into the trash and ordered me to leave, refusing any compensation or correction. The issue is no longer about the missing items or thrown away food by the GM; it is the blatant disrespect.This is very serious as you can imagine if I’m taking my time and effort to write this. This was the worst dining experience of my life.

Staff sucks. Help walk in pick ups that walk in after you as you wait to place your order. The manager is really non chalant while this is going on when you let him know. Wait times are rediculous always as well.

It’s a hit and miss on food quality but overall good place for food. More better times than others but sometimes fries are over done, not enough seasoning on fries or wings and we’ve had a couple wrong orders here and there.

Just want to say how impressed I was with the Manager (Armando?) and how calm and respectful he was while handling a disruptive Doordasher during a busy rush. The Manager made sure to attend to all customers and the Doordasher while still keeping a calm and polite attitude. He knew both the Wingstop and DoorDash policies very well and didn’t seem to be bothered at all by the Dasher’s comments to him and the customers. In the meantime all the orders were prepared in a timely fashion and customers were treated with exceptional customer service. I was extremely impressed. I hope this man gets a raise or promotion for how well he knew company policies and was also able to deliver exceptional customer service while under pressure.
