I came here twice in two days and it was pretty good both times. The burgers were delicious and the fries were nice and fresh, not overly salty, and were cooked to the perfect golden color. My husband even said he liked them better than McDonald’s- gasp! The chicken fries are good too. Overall, I’m happy with our purchases and we might start eating here more often. Long story short. I made a pick up order kinda late one night. I mistakenly didn’t finish the order. I walked in the store and it wasn’t ready. The manage Mrs. AJ said there was no order. Being stressed and without thinking I began to argue and she simply said give me a second and I’ll have your order up. Again I didn’t use my best judgment and said some pretty stupid stuff. Mrs. AJ gave me my order,smiled and said have a goodnight. I returned to my car and looked at my phone and realized it was ALL MY FAULT! I went back in to apologize and she simply said it’s ok hun. That just wasn’t good enough for me. I felt bad. I’d just made a fool of myself and disrespected a very nice lady. I hope this BK knows what wonderful person she is. If I’d had paid enough attn I would’ve seen how much the other employees loved her. BK she is a blessing to this franchise and im forever sorry. I’ve now apologized to her 3 times and everytime she says it’s ok it was a mistake. If I could give this BK franchise 50 stars I would. She is an asset to this company.

Awful I was overcharged for my order plus my food was cold. I brought it up to the cashier’s (ratchet/sorry manager alive)attention but she acted like she was not willing to fix the problem. Instead she argued with me and proceeded to insult me calling me all kinds of names for no reason at all. Bk has gone downhill for sure. So disappointing.

Good Morning…. Wow so I come to visit an old friend that is the General manager (Craig )of this location and long and behold like the reviews say. Your dining room is closed. Why is there not a sign on the door stating that the dining room is closed better yet why someone of leadership has not updated Google that the dining room is closed. As of December you had been at this location for 3 months already and you are still struggling with staffing. So why are you not in your store making sure you are not loosing sales or is that even a concern for you!!!!! But there was someone in the back that was able to tell me you was not there…. This speaks to the leadership of GPS hospitality.
