Ordered pizza at 1045 am. For pick up at1130. Went to pick up, and we were told that they were short on staff and hadn’t even started the order. Pretty sad. They have lost my business!. I work retail and everyone is short staff!!!. But you don’t tell your customers that. They don’t care. They just want service.

Bad management. Bad work environment. Managers don’t care about issues. Store manager tells everyone it’s not his problem when you go to him with a problem. You just get sick of calling with an issue. Orders take to long in the kitchen to be pushed out. Just a bad place to work!

I ordered 3 pizzas one supreme and two pepperoni, all with extra sauce from the Tomah, WI location. The app said they would be delivered at 6:09. I get a notice at 6:14 that the pizzas had been delivered. Knowing I didn’t have them, I was getting ready to call the store. After a long conversation with my Daughter, she walked down to the front door and opens it to find our pizzas on the ground in the snow and ice. The doorbell was never rang, nobody knocked on the door to let us know it was here. I guess that’s the service you get when you prepay a 20% tip for delivery! Very disappointed in cold pizza with very little sauce!

Update: 7/13/22…Upgrading to 3 stars. Casey’s reached out after reading my review about my experience at the Tomah location and assured that their leadership team will be following up to provide additional training to their staff. They also gave me two free pizzas as an apology.

I’ve been coming to the Tomah location for pizza regularly for years and years. Sometime in mid 2022, the app shut down for Tomah location only online ordering, and the store started closing at random times not in agreement with posted hours.

Hello, I am a doordasher and I am completely surprised and disappointed in one of your staff members. On Saturday 8/27/2022 I received an order for pick up, the order was 20 minutes late because it has not been started until after I arrived but luckily my customer was very understanding. He was supposed to recieve his order at 5:08 and didnt end up getting it until 5:47. I had tried to ask the cashier of she could check on the order status for me but she completely ignored me and walked past me to ask her co worker in the kitchen if she could go on break because she was quote “bored”. The co worker must have said no because the cashier became increasingly annoyed. My customer had a few small items with his order and typically when I come in to pick up an order everything is ready to go with a printed receipt on the counter under the door dash sign. After waiting 30 minutes for the pizza I went to pick up the other two items and they weren’t there, I politely asked the cashier where the rest of the items for the order were and she said, “I just tell people to go get it themselves so I guess go find them yourself because we are HELLA short staffed.” She then started VAPING in front of me at the register. Meanwhile the whole time I was waiting and searching for these items she was playing on her phone at the register.
