I’ve never felt so badly for employees. We went through drive through and was breakfast menu…apparently they were changing over to lunch and someone forgot to flip Board outside. When cashier called for manager after three or minutes she abruptly appeared yelling at that poor cashier “yall ain’t gone rush me” and she said it three time. He was so embarrassed. Apparently one of their Managers walked out and she was angry cause she had to work. Not your employees fault lady. Put your big girl britches on and handle yourself professionally.

First atmosphere went to the restroom clean. Dining area few people sitting down eating their lunch. The floors in the restaurant where immaculate. Service great food piping hot. One note I would like to add. When you get a combo the french fries are automatically small. You have to ask for a large if you want that with your combo.

The food was terrible. I got the 4 for 5 the burger was not good, fries sucked, the chicken nuggets tasted like they had been sitting there over night they only thing I enjoyed was my beverage. The staff was friendly that was the only reason I gave it 3 stars

I am giving this 1 star due to my order not being correct. It started storming when I went through the drive thru and I did not check the order. When I made it home my husband had a single cheeseburger instead of the double. Since it was storming, I did not drive back, but I am chalking it up as a lesson learned because I did not check the order.

Unfortunately Wendy’s Baconator was a hard pill to swallow. As a customer of Wendy’s you expect to have great customer service and great food but on 7/17 /19 I was highly disappointed let down by the Wendy’s Corporation only because I pay for a great burger that you advertise and I get this. Came to have lunch with a few friends and enjoy the day unfortunately I was very nervous… made myself upset and sick because I felt something was done to this burger after re fixing this burger. as a young man with dreads stood at the counter, who was supposed to be in the back… waiting for me to take a bite…. made it so very suspicious that something was done to this Berger…. I pray to God that I don’t have the ugly spirit bestowed upon me from the management and cook team at this Wendy’s on Whittlesey Road in Columbus Georgia. I tried to get my friends to switch burgers with me because I was feeling really bad about eating this re cooked Berger… but through prayer I got through it but it’s sad to have that type of feeling at a fast food restaurant that stands for greatness….. your Associates bring it down to a “”whatever standard”” very upset because this is one of the reasons why I don’t care for fast food because you never know what people do to your food after you complain…. you have to complain because pay $10 I did not get a receipt and the burger was called the Baconator and the standard is to take one piece of bacon and crumble it into three pieces and charge you $10 for the meal.. wow!

Ordered 2 for 6 burgers at the drive thru. Btw plural request. The order taker rudely asked what is my other item? I kindly replied 2 for 6 burgers. I asked for baked potato as well. She rudely stated that’s not on the 2 for 4 lists. I said yes I am aware of that. She said do you want anything else? I made my purchase. Calmer head prevailed. Not recommended for this location.

This place looks pretty damn good on the inside since they’ve remodeled it. It is extremely clean and open. The staff was really friendly and the service is super fast. By the time I ordered and payed for my meal…my food was ready. I don’t even think I waited for 45 seconds. The food was also delicious! I also like the fact they have one of those coke machines that can create 120 different flavors.
