I honestly don’t know why I come to this place. The service is always slow, every stall I pull into is broken, the fries always taste like they have been sitting out and then warmed up in a microwave. I sat at the screen waiting for someone to come back on the speaker for 5 mins. I finally had to push the button again just to tell them I have a mobile order and it wouldn’t let me check in. I’m definitely done with this place.

Servers are always rude and take orders so fast and are not friendly at all. Nobody likes What else, what else and what else while still trying to order the first item. The food is never really fresh, and you WAIT forever for anything. The appearance of the property and parking lot look horrible and the business itself looks ran down. half the stalls work or don’t work and some take payments and some do not – you have to play any mini mo mo picking a stall – just awful all around – POT HOLE WILL WRECK A CAR

If I could give NO STARS I would. I first don’t understand the logic of ordering ahead on the app if I still have to wait 10 minutes for cold food. I placed my order at 4:48pm on the app as I was leaving for work, I live 4 minutes away. I didn’t receive my food until 5:13, just to get cold disgusting food.

I’ve given Sonics of Hartsville 3 chances since there’s only 3 fast food places here. I’m done with Sonics. I’ll drive 15-20 miles before I even think about going there again. I call Sonics the “can’t get right” fast food place. Burgers are over cooked and cold, onion rings are so greasy the grease is oozing from them and be careful because you may find hair in your food like I did those greasy onion rings and your drink or drink lid may have a foreign object in or on it. If I could rate it a zero ; zero would be my choice

This is the worst Sonic I have been to and unfortunately it’s in the town I live. Maybe 8 of the 20 stalls actually work. Always mess up the order and the parking lot has pot holes that would make the Grand Cayon jealous. The cheese on my Chilli pie was still cold.

FIX YOUR STATIONS!!! I am so tired of going there and can’t even order without having to go to 3 different screens. Screens are broke, glitching or you can’t understand anyone talking because it doesn’t work right. Plus the huge pot holes that will make you bottom out your car. You get plenty of business to fix your problems.

This place gets more disappointing all the time. Pulled up, admittedly at 8:54, but only to order a drink. At 8:55 with nearly every stall filled, they cut the lights off. This is just the straw that broke the camels back, this sonic has been disappointing for a few years now in terms of service and has messed up the majority of our orders, this is why it has become only a drink stop now for me. Then what do they do? Close during business hours at peak business hours. I’ll get my drinks from the gas station from now on, this place is garbage.

At least half of the screens don’t work and you can’t tell that until after you pull into a stall because of the angle. I’ve been told that they machines still work to order from, but I use the mobile app and any screen that is black doesn’t allow me to check in there. So almost every time I go I have to pull in and out of 2-3 stalls before I can find one that I can use to check in with the app. I’ve let them know about this problem several times, but it’s been ongoing for months now.

Love Sonic especially the one I was at cause I used to live there. Reason for 2 stars? I ordered a combo 1 and apparently now sonic gives you the small burger that used to be a dollar with toppings in that meal. It used to be an adult sized burger. The price is adult sized but not the burger. Never going back again. It’s ok all restaurants are skimping on food and getting greedy with price so I’m losing weight by not going anywhere.
