Be aware, There are two asian duplicate workers who work at this taco bell and their behavior with customers are extremely pathetic. One of them is extremely impolite, rude and with his low language skills do not know how to talk to customer. This restaurant is to serve people not to argue with them without any reason.

I love going here during the day but we made an online order for tonight around 12am Spent $30 and all of food had two cubes of meat or nothing. Just toppings. My spicy potato tacos tasted like chemicals and I cannot get the taste out of my mouth even after brushing my teeth/my throat burns/and my stomach is also hurting extremely bad. I even had a family bite into the second one I ordered and that one also had a chemical taste (luckily they spit it out). After this experience I will no longer be eating here. I hope everyone who eats here sees this review and understands I’ve eaten here for 2+ years and have never had a bad experience but this one has destroyed any chance of me/my family from ever going back.

Taco Bell is one of my favorite restaurants. I even worked there as a kid. Love the food, but the staff at this one is going down hill. They had a guy sitting outside taking orders (like Chick-fil-A) on 3Jun23. The restaurant wasn’t busy, we were the only car in the drive thru, we were very nice and pleasant to him, but he acted like it was a bother to get out of his chair and stop playing on his phone to take our order. Furthermore, he audibly groaned when we asked for a menu since this meant he had to pick up the leninated menu and hand it to us (sorry I don’t have the whole menu memorized). He never once looked at us while taking the order so a few times I thought he was talking to someone else, didn’t read the order back to us, got the order wrong, and when we finished he immediately sat back down and pulled his phone out. Sorry Taco Bell, I love your food, but this imitation Chick-fil-A ordering system is going to cost you business if your staff doesn’t care about the job. I did the same job for $5.15 an hour for years with a smile state minimum wage is $12.00 now!

Went here around 12:45am for a late night snack i understand ppl are tired but if you are open and you’re suppose to be working i expect just that. The girl on the shift stood in the window and played on her phone then handed me some cold food. I told her they knew it wasn’t fresh and they said it came from the last batch that was made which means it should have been thrown away. And it should have been fresh. Then for the nacho fries they said it would take 15mins to cook fries don’t even take 15 mins to cook on the stove at home and i know they have better equipment than me to make them fresh faster than 15 mins. Several cars came after and went while i waited and still she stood in the window on her phone.
