Absolutely not worth the cost. Ordered the Wagyu burger and it was definitely flavorless. Barely wrapped and tossed in bag. Fries, Both crinkle and curly were hard and cold. Always an issue when we order here.

Very poor the workers and manager had no clue about a $7.00 coupon meal deal expires 8-31-23. 4 times I got questioned about this meal coupon oh we don’t have coupons, I have to talk to the manager. The manager was standing out back heard the conversation, I showed her the coupon. She had the nerve to say I have to go in and look on the register. I have people behind me in the line in front of me I can’t go around.its the Arby’s in Indiana county when I got to the window I asked for the manager blonde hair looks like 50s, 60s. She says oh I’ll give it to you for that price. I gave her the coupon and told her she can have it I’m done, I was so humiliated and felt like I made the mistake. I never visit another Arby’s. I’m done

I HAVE BEEN SETTING IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE FOR 40 MINUTES AND STILL HAVENT MADE IT TO THE WINDOW!!!! This is absolutely insane! Terrible absolutely terrible service. There’s no way to get out of line or I’d have left a long time ago this is just disgusting!

Don’t waste your time/ money… one couple ordered ahead of us and it took 14 minutes for 3 sandwiches and fries. Here’s a picture of my beef and cheddar with the cheddar all over the wrapper instead of the sandwich. One of the young men in preparing the food was very busy playing with his hair WHILE wearing gloves. Oh yea and this was 7:15 pm… clearly, no one had bothered to wipe tables at any point that day.

Everything was great until sitting there eating. Maybe due to previously working in the industry, but “if you have to lean, you have time to clean”. The dining room should have been swept. Handful of tables need swept under/around, but the employee were too busy having important conversations about whatever is important in their personal lives, including how much they can drink before being wasted. To give credit, there was a brief conversation to someone asking about how their comfort level is in their position, apparently a new hire. Maybe that should be 1:1 rather than openly? The other thing… hearing the drive thru orders as customer orders… do we need to hear that in the dining room?
