After waiting in the drive thru and getting passed over a couple of finally was able to ask the car attendant guy where my order might be. He told me that his fellow employee tried to bring it out to me earlier. When I told him that the other car-hop had brought out a bag that was supposed to be mine, it was a mistake. He then brought out my order that had been sitting on a counter for over ten minutes, and then on top of that, I was charged for a large order of tater tots that I did not order. Trying to call the restaurant after I realised their mistake was a waste of time. No one bothered to answer the phone. I attempted two times, allowing the phone to ring ten times with no response. I proceeded to contact the feedback survey. They actually want you to submit a credit card # to be able to answer a survey. That aspect of their feedback process has a REDFLAG written all over it.

Pleasantly surprised. I don’t usually go to Sonic but we were near this one and decided to try it out. We got out and ordered at a bench. The food did not take that long with a bunch of cars there. But the real surprise was the food. I got a double cheeseburger and it was great. It was not a grade school burger by far. I am sure we will go back. Oh and the mozzarella sticks were the bomb. Keep up the good work.

Smh, I had a bad experience at this location, and it happens to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I’m so disappointed how my double quarter pounder looked. I couldn’t take it back because it was my lunch break, and 30 minutes go quick. It upsets me that I pay my hard earned money for good quality food but get the total opposite.

Pushed the red button in stall 20. Waited 10 min had to push it again since it stopped blinking. Waited some more. No one took my order. Other cars in other stalls were coming and going to, not able to place an order. Got in drive though, that didn’t move for 8 min. Got tired of waiting and left. Hope their food is better than their service. Worst sonic I’ve been to.

My family and I only visit this location for the car meet up on Friday nights. I understand the shortage of staff but ordering food from this location can feel like it takes ages for someone to respond to you. Also a lot of the ordering kiosks are broken so you never know which one is working correctly. Specially the ones for parked cars. On top of waiting, ordering a blast ice cream at my recent visit was made incorrectly. The public bathrooms are always filthy. I would not recommend.

Fast and fresh. Friendly staff, I got an Arnold Palmer and I’m not sure if it’s on the menu but they obliged a 50/50 tea and lemonade. I go out of my way for their clean fresh ice.

Went to the drive thru and ordered off the under menu, just a double Cheeseburger with mayo,mustard and onion.. He says is that all for you. Proceeds to tell me the total is $8.15.
